Conference begins at 1:00pm on Wednesday with Keynote speaker. Conference ends at lunch on Friday after Keynote speaker.

 Kalahari is totally cashless, accepting credit cards, mobile payments (Apple/Google Pay), and room charges. If you arrive with only cash, we have kiosks available to exchange it for a Mastercard, which can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

All hotel guests are required to authorize a $200 hold for overnight charges. This authorization is mandatory at check-in but does not apply if you opt for pre-keying your packets. Please ensure your attendees are informed of this before they arrive at Kalahari.
Hello TEDA Conference Attendees,
Kalahari still has rooms available. They also have suites for $229. The suites contain 2 bedrooms (one with a king size bed and one with two double beds) and two bathrooms. They also have a pull out couch. Â
