TEA has updated their FAQ on HB 2. Part of the document discusses the funding for initial evaluations.
CEC has reported that, “While IDEA funding is maintained, the bill includes a $12 billion, or 15 percent reduction in funding for federal education spending overall.” See included link for additional information.
